MyAdMaker (myadmaker.com) is operated by Scalista GmbH, an Austrian company. This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website or contact us, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
Demo requests: name, work email, company and, optionally, industry, when you submit the request form. Usage data: aggregated analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you opt in. The playable ad demos on this site collect no personal data.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
To respond to your request and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to improve this website based on your consent to analytics (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and to protect our legitimate interests in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors needed to run this website, such as Google (analytics), under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Demo-request data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up business relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics settings (14 months) in aggregated form.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
